Cancellation conditions

Cancellation of hotel rooms free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this date or early departure, we reserve the right to charge up to 90% of the total price.

• up to 14 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge
• 13th - 8th day before arrival: per night 50% of the room rate
• 7th - 4th day before arrival: per night 70% of the room rate
• from the 3rd day before arrival: per night 90% of the room rate
• early departure: per night 90% of the room rate
• no-show: per night 90% of the room rate

We would like to point out that for bookings of 10 rooms or more, other booking and cancellation conditions apply, which we will be happy to send you on request.

Early bird rate:
Cancellation free of charge or change of booking is not possible. Payment of the total price for the stay becomes binding from the moment of booking and can not be canceled.

There can be many reasons why a booked trip is suddenly no longer feasible. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This protects you from financial burdens if the trip cannot be taken as planned.

With our early bird rate you may save 10% on the available best price, with a minimum stay of 2 nights – important to note is a cancellation or change of booking is not possible anymore. Further, payment of the total price for the stay is required upon booking to guarantee the reservation.

Your four-legged friends are very welcome. All year round, you will find extensive walking and nature trails directly at the hotel to discover new sniffing routes.
We are happy to provide a treatment consisting of a food bowl, blanket and treat in your room on the day of your arrival.

The garantueed room availability is given by 4 p.m. on your arrival day, for the departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m.. Certainly you may use our SPA & Wellness area on both days, the opening hours are available here.

If you arrive before the regular check-in time, you are welcome to proceed the registration and leave your luggage at our reception. We do our best to have all rooms ready as soon as possible, in the meantime you may use our SPA & Wellness area free of charge.

On the departure day you may also leave your luggage at our reception and use our SPA & Wellness area during the applicable opening hours.
