Almost all rooms have a pull-out, comfortable sofa bed. Our extra beds also guarantee a very good sleeping comfort.
Baby monitors can be borrowed free of charge at the reception, subject to availability.
Babysitter (from € 25,00 per hour) by appointment and availability.
Pets
Your four-legged friends are very welcome. All year round you will find extensive walking and nature trails directly at the hotel to discover new sniffing routes.
- We will be happy to provide a treatment consisting of a food bowl, blanket and treats in your room on the day of your arrival.
- In addition, a filled food bowl and water are available at the hotel entrance.

Half board
Arrange your 3-course gourmet menu in the evening according to your wishes (daily from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.)

3-course half board € 55,00 per person/dayWe serve a daily changing half board menu.
At Christmas and New Year's Eve we serve special holiday menus instead of half board. Here, the festive menu price is then charged.
Dinner for children: The choice is à la carte from our menu or from the children's menu. The calculation is made according to the selection.

Parking space

Please use the courtyard only for loading and unloading.
If you prefer to arrive by train, we offer a free transfer to and from Murnau train station.
Check-in and check-out
Our rooms are ready for occupancy from about 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Terms of payment
The settlement of the hotel bill takes place directly upon departure.
We gladly accept cash, EC card, Eurocard, American Express, Visa, Diners.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of hotel rooms free of charge is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this date or early departure, we reserve the right to charge up to 90% of the total price.

- 13th - 8th day before arrival: per night 50% of the room rate
- 7th - 4th day before arrival: per night 70% of the room rate
- from the 3rd day before arrival: per night 90% of the room rate
- early departure: per night 90% of the room rate
- no-show: per night 90% of the room rate
We would like to point out that for bookings of 10 rooms or more, other booking and cancellation conditions apply, which we will be happy to send you on request.
Early bird rate:
Cancellation free of charge or change of booking is not possible. Payment of the total price for the stay becomes binding from the moment of booking and can not be canceled.
Travel Cancellation Insurance:
There can be many reasons why a booked trip is suddenly no longer feasible. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This protects you from financial burdens if the trip cannot be taken as planned.
