Rates Overview

General information
Our 71 rooms and suites are stylish furnished, comfortable equipped and invite you to feel good. They all have bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, hair-dryer, minibar, safe, satelliten-flatscreen-TV, Pay TV, radio, telephone with direct dialing, mailbox and wake-up operation, internet access (high-speed and in virtually all rooms wireless) and balcony to the south. From all rooms you enjoy a beautiful view to the nature reserve "Murnauer Moos" and the fascination Bavarian Alps. A cosy bath robe and slippers are available in each room.
Our courteous staff members at the reservation team are gladly advising you in choosing the desired room category. We would like you to feel comfortable and whish you a pleasant stay.

Rates
The room rates go by availability and season and are per room and night. They include:
- comprehensive cold and warm breakfast buffet

- free entrance in our new created Spa area with indoor swimming pool, heated outdoor pool (from June to September), integrated whirlpool, coloured light-/biosauna, Kelo-Saunavillage with sauna, outdoor shower and lounge, steambath, steambath with sweet herbs, infrared fit- and health cabin and gym

Most of the rooms are equipped with comfortable sleeping sofas. However, our cots also allow a good sleeping comfort.
Children in their own room
up to and including 15 years 50% discount on room rate

In the restaurant, smaller children may choose from the special children’s menu. Children up to and including 11 years receive a 50 % discount on dishes from our á la carte menu. 

A baby phone as well as a bottle warmer is available at the reception. We also offer babysitter service for your kids at a charge of approx. EUR 18,- per hour. May we kindly ask you for appointments early in advance.

Pets
Pets are very much welcome with an extra charge of EUR 17,-- per day (without food). Please keep your dog on the leash, especially in the hotel and the whole outside-area. Pets are not allowed in the park, at the outdoor pool or in the Gourmetrestaurant Reiterzimmer.

Half-board
in the Hofmann’s Restaurant EUR 38,-- per person. We serve a culinary three course meal with dishes to choose out of the Hofmann´s a la carte-menu. On public holidays we offer special menus instead of half-board.

Parking place on the hotel area EUR 9,-- per day
Please use the interior courtyard only for loading and unloading. If you prefer to travel by train, we offer a free transfer to the railway station of Murnau. We gladly organize a transfer from or to the airport of Munich and Innsbruck (about EUR 160,- per trip, depending on the number of persons).

Check-in and check-out
Our rooms will be at your disposal by 3 p.m. on arrival day. Please leave your room at 12 a.m. on departure day. 

Payment
for the hotel bill on the day of departure. We gladly accept Eurocard, American Express, Visa, Diners, JCB. 

Cancellation terms
Written cancellation
- within 15 days prior to arrival free of charge
- 14 to 4 days prior to arrival 50%
- from 3 days prior to arrival 80%
of the room rate or special arrangement of all cancelled nights for the cancellation fee. Arising costs for external services (e.g. Spa treatments, theatre tickets, museum entrance fees and transfers) are charged in full amount.
